Equipment

Amaxa Nucleofector

Amaxa Nucleofector

Nucleofector Device is an apparatus which delivers unique electrical parameters. The electrical parameters are different from any other commercially available electroporation device and are especially developed to facilitate DNA transport into the cell nucleus. Each electrical setting is displayed as a distinct program which has been adapted to the requirements of a particular cell type.

Avanti J-e Centrifuge

Avanti J-e Centrifuge

Avanti J-E high-performance centrifuge is a refrigerated centrifuge that generates centrifugal forces for processing sample preparations, pelleting, extractions, purifications, concentrations, separation of blood cells and gradients, and more. It features a brushless switched-reluctance drive motor, temperature control system, and selectable acceleration and deceleration rates.

Optima L-80 XP Ultracentrifuge 2

Avanti J-E high-performance centrifuge is a refrigerated centrifuge that generates centrifugal forces for processing sample preparations, pelleting, extractions, purifications, concentrations, separation of blood cells and gradients, and more. It features a brushless switched-reluctance drive motor, temperature control system, and selectable acceleration and deceleration rates.

Perkin Elmer Envision

Perkin Elmer Envision

n Perkin Elmer EnVision Multilabel Reader is our state-of-the-art dual-detector model and among the fastest HTS readers in the market. The instrument includes two detectors enabling simultaneous dual wavelength reading, below emission reading, barcode readers, a high speed light source and adjustment of measurement height function.

Real Time PCR

Real Time PCR

CFX96 Touch Real-Time PCR Detection System has six independently controlled thermal electric units providing even, precisely controlled temperatures at all times during the run, including ramping. The reduced mass of the honeycomb block provides fast ramping and reduced settling time (time to achieve thermal uniformity).

FlowCytometry

BD FACS Aria II

BD FACS Aria II

BD FACSAria II Sorter is a digital sorter enabling high speed sorting and multicolor analysis. The instrument accommodates four air-cooled lasers and is capable of multicolor sorting of up to eleven parameters. It has digital acquisition rates of up to 70,000 events/second.

BD FACS Aria Fusion

BD FACS Aria Fusion

BD FACSAria™ Fusion flow cytometer delivers exceptional multicolor performance and ease-of-use. First introduced as the BD FACSAria™ sorter in 2003, this sorting knowhow is combined with best-in-class biosafety expertise for a comprehensive advanced cell sorter and biosafety solution. The fully integrated biosafety cabinet meets emerging operator and sample protection requirements as well as global standards for bioprotection.
